MENTOR, OH – A lucky player won a $10,000 prize from the Ohio Lottery’s Billion scratch-off game.
After mandatory federal and state tax withholdings, the winner will receive approximately $7,200. The winning ticket was purchased at the Convenient Food Mart, located at 7413 Center Street in Mentor. Billion is a $50 scratch-off game with a top prize of $1 million a year for 20 years. As of July 30, three top prizes remain in the game.
