The incident, reported to have occurred at approximately 7:25 PM near the intersection of Coney Island Avenue and 18th Avenue, involved an unknown male suspect who inappropriately touched the teenager.

The victim, who was walking in the vicinity at the time of the assault, was not physically injured. The suspect, described as a male with a light complexion and medium build, fled the scene immediately after the incident. He was last observed wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, blue pants, and black sneakers.
