NEW YORK CITY, NY – Luis Hernandez, a 31-year-old undomiciled male, was arrested on Thursday and charged with assault-related hate crime offenses.
This arrest is part of an investigation into a series of assaults. The reported incidents include assaults on female victims in subway stations on October 28 and 31, and November 3.
The victims sustained minor injuries.
The NYPD continues to investigate and seeks public assistance in identifying the individual responsible for the assaults.
