ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A suspected package thief is in custody after Alexandria police arrested an adult male believed to be connected to a series of thefts reported in the Old Town area.
The Alexandria Police Department announced Friday that officers apprehended the suspect earlier in the day following reports of package thefts in the historic neighborhood.
Investigators believe the man may be linked to multiple package theft incidents reported throughout Old Town on Friday morning.
