TRENTON, NJ – Authorities are seeking assistance to locate 12-year-old Chadli Ross, last spotted in the 1600 block of 17th Street in Southeast Washington, D.C., at approximately 11 a.m. yesterday.
Ross is described as a light-complexioned Black female, standing at 4’11” and weighing 80 pounds, with brown eyes and multicolored hair. She was last seen donning a multicolored jacket.
