Utica, NY – Utica Police responded to a larceny investigation at North Utica Walmart last Friday morning. The suspects, two females, fled after failing to pay for items they had with them.
Law enforcement officers confronted the suspects at another business where they were attempting to hide. The two suspects, identified as Alycia Lee, 21, and Ashley Rivera, 27, both from Utica, were subsequently charged with Grand Larceny in the fourth degree due to the value of the stolen items exceeding $1050.
