WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Trump Vance Inaugural Committee has announced that three-time Grammy Award-winning artist Nelly will headline the Liberty Ball on Monday, January 20, following President Donald J. Trump’s swearing-in ceremony.

Nelly, known for his chart-topping hits that bridge hip-hop and country, is part of a diverse lineup of performers chosen to celebrate the president’s inauguration. “This marks a pivotal moment in our country where people from all backgrounds are joining together to commemorate President Trump’s victory and the start of a new golden era for America,” the committee said in a statement.

Other high-profile performers during Inauguration Week include ACM Artist of the Decade Jason Aldean, eight-time Grammy Award winner Carrie Underwood, the legendary band The Village People, Rascal Flatts, rising country star Parker McCollum, and American tenor Christopher Macchio, among others.

The Liberty Ball is one of several inaugural events planned to celebrate the president’s return to office and the start of his administration.

Nelly and a star-studded lineup will join in the festivities during Trump’s 2025 inauguration celebrations.
