Man shot several times in critical condition, homicide division investigating

BALTIMORE, MD – On January 11, 2020, at approximately 8:06 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of West Lexington Street to investigate a reported shooting. Responding officers observed and observed a male suffering from gunshot wounds. Medical personnel arrived and transported the victim to an area hospital. The victim is reported to be in critical condition.
Due to the severity of the victim’s injuries Homicide detectives were summoned to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
