MIDDLETOWN, PA – A Butler County lottery retailer has sold a Powerball ticket worth $100,000. The ticket, purchased with the Power Play option for the Monday, May 6 drawing, matched four of the five white balls and the red Powerball, securing the prize for its owner.

The winning numbers were 7, 23, 24, 56, and 60, with a Powerball of 25. University Korner at 1125 North Main St. Ext in Butler, where the ticket was sold, will receive a $500 bonus for their role in this lucky sale.

Lottery winners must claim their prizes within one year of the drawing date and are encouraged to sign their tickets immediately. Further information on how to claim prizes can be found at palottery.com. This drawing also saw over 24,700 other PA Lottery Powerball tickets win various prizes.
