DoorDash driver charged after allegedly filming unconscious man during delivery

Oswego, NY – A 23-year-old DoorDash driver faces felony charges after allegedly recording an unconscious, partially unclothed man during a food delivery and posting the footage online.

Olivia Henderson, who also creates content on social media, made a delivery last month to a home in Oswego where she says she encountered the man with his pants and underwear around his ankles.

She later told police she believed she had been lured inside and claimed the incident was an attempted sexual assault, according to media reports, which Henderson says were false.

However, investigators reviewed Ring camera footage from the residence that appeared to show Henderson entering the home uninvited, contradicting her account of events, it was reported, but again, Henderson disputed that claim.

DoorDash permanently removed Henderson’s account after learning she had shared the video of the unclothed man on TikTok, citing violations of company policy regarding customer privacy and the dissemination of sensitive material.

Henderson was arrested last week and charged with one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree. Both charges are felonies under New York state law.

Facing possible eight-year sentence

Court records show Henderson is scheduled to appear in Oswego County Court on December 4. If convicted on both counts, she could face up to eight years in prison.

Police have not released the identity of the man in the video. Henderson posted a video to TikTok claiming that she is the victim of a
