Meadowlands Summer Wine Festival Announced

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – Wine enthusiasts are invited to the Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment’s Summer Wine Festival on Saturday, June 22, 2024. This event, set to take place rain or shine, will be hosted at 1 Racetrack Drive in East Rutherford.

Festival attendees will enjoy a wide selection of wines from around the world, set to the backdrop of live horse racing starting at 6:20 PM and music by DJ ALX. All tasting areas will be under tents, and guests are encouraged to bring rain jackets or umbrellas just in case.

The event offers different ticket tiers: VIP tickets are available for $65, providing early access from 4 PM to 9 PM, special food offerings, an exclusive tasting glass, VIP-only tastings, and an extra hour of sampling, limited to 200 guests. General Admission (GA) tickets are $45, granting entry from 5 PM to 9 PM, a tasting glass, and four hours of sampling. Day-of GA tickets are priced at $50.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to attend. The event will also feature educational seminars and pairing sessions, promising a comprehensive experience for all attendees. Tickets are non-refundable, and the festival is contingent upon the issuance of an NJ ABC permit.
