According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning CA$HWORD 2nd EDITION ticket was sold at 7-Eleven #32517B in Norwich.
The winner, identified only as being from North Franklin, claimed the $25,000 prize on Thursday, July 23.
Lottery officials did not release additional details about the winner.
