Boston, MA A suspect is under investigation for a series of indecent exposure incidents on Huntington Avenue. The individual has reportedly been seen exposing himself to children waiting for school buses.

Witnesses noted that the suspect leaves the scene on a scooter shortly after the incidents. Detectives are reviewing all available evidence related to this case.

A man was injured in a shooting incident on Doyles Side Lane. The Albemarle County Police Department responded to reports of gunfire on Sunday at approximately 3 p.m.

Officers found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to UVA Health and is in serious but non-life-threatening condition.

Police have charged 35-year-old Roger L. Lamb with malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. Lamb is currently being held at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail without bond.

AKRON, OH – The Empire Lounge in Merriman Valley has closed effective immediately following a series of safety incidents, including a shooting that resulted in the death of 23-year-old Diamond Fisk, Jr. According to the Akron Police Department, a woman was shot in crossfire at the location this past weekend.

Earlier this summer, the Akron Prosecutor’s Office, Economic Development team, and Ward 8 Councilman Bruce Bolden sought approval from Akron City Council to formally object to the liquor permit renewal for the Empire Lounge. Today, city officials confirmed that the liquor permit has expired and was not renewed.

The proprietor of Empire Lounge has decided to close the business for the foreseeable future. Discussions are ongoing with the property owner and other stakeholders to find a permanent solution for the location.
