WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – With a powerful winter storm forecasted to bring heavy snow and hazardous conditions, local officials have issued an emergency no street parking order to ensure roads remain clear for plows and emergency vehicles.
The Wall Township Police Department announced Friday that all residents must remove their vehicles from public streets and cul-de-sacs immediately. The temporary parking restriction is a precautionary measure aimed at preventing obstructions during snow removal and maintaining access for ambulances, fire trucks, and other first responders.
To assist residents without private driveways, the township has opened several off-street parking areas, including the Camp Evans lot on Monmouth Boulevard, Orchard Park on Church Street, and the Pop Warner Fields on Baileys Corner Road. These lots will remain accessible throughout the duration of the storm.
