West Orange, NJ – Families are invited to celebrate the spooky season at the annual West Orange Halloween Festival, a free community event set for October 30.
The celebration will take place from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in front of the Timothy Groves Substation at 92 Washington Street.
The event promises family-friendly fun with pumpkins, music, candy, and face painting for children of all ages.
Organized by the West Orange Police Department and Alaris Health at West Orange, managed by Excelsior Care Group, the festival aims to bring residents together ahead of Halloween night.

Local officers and volunteers will be on hand to ensure a safe and festive afternoon, as community members enjoy games, treats, and Halloween-themed activities.
