CLARKSTOWN, NY – Emergency crews responded Wednesday evening to a vehicle fire that erupted on westbound Route 59 near the Route 304 overpass, briefly disrupting traffic but causing no injuries.

Clarkstown Police and the Nanuet Fire Department were called to the scene after reports of a car engulfed in flames.
