TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Communities across Ocean County are preparing to light up the skies this week with a full schedule of fireworks displays running through Monday, July 7.

Three fireworks shows in one!

Toms River’s Shelter Cove is where you want to be on Sunday for the ultimate 4th of July weekend experience.

Perhaps the biggest event of the week is a free beach concert on Sunday, July 6th, offering a spectacular bayfront view of fireworks displays across the Barnegat Bay in Seaside Heights and Lavallette. Set up a beach chair in the sand at Shelter Cove and watch a free concert by Cigar Box Stompers, followed by a local fireworks show, surrounded by fireworks displays across the bay.

It will be a fantastic night!
