WASHINGTON, DC — Authorities are investigating a shooting that occurred in the 3100 block of 24th Street in Southeast, D.C., shortly after 1 p.m. yesterday. D.C. Metro Police Department has released a photo of a vehicle involved and is on the lookout for two Black men seen wearing all-black clothing.
