BOSTON, MA A suspect linked to an armed robbery report was arrested in Dorchester on Wednesday afternoon. Officers responded to a report of a robbery at 262 E 8th Street around 3:19 PM.

A potential suspect was seen entering a bodega with a bandana over his face. Officers arrived and saw the man walking outside of the store and approached him.

The individual fled, prompting a foot pursuit. Despite multiple orders to halt, the suspect continued to run.

The suspect entered a backyard on Knowlton Street before the officer caught up to him and placed him in handcuffs.

A subsequent investigation revealed that the suspect had outstanding warrants for armed robbery, assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Further warrants related to drug trafficking were also discovered.

During the arrest, officers found 68 grams of fentanyl, 29 grams of crystal meth, and five grams of crack cocaine.

Officers also recovered a scale with white powder residue and $1,124 in cash.

Dempsey Allen, 28, of Milford, faces multiple charges, including trafficking of fentanyl and methamphetamine.

He is expected to appear in South Boston District Court for the arraignment.

Boston, MA A shooting incident occurred on Wednesday, November 19, as officers responded to a shot spotter activation in Dorchester. Ballistic evidence was found at the scene along with damage to a motor vehicle.

Witnesses reported two suspects fleeing the scene on a scooter. The scooter was later observed traveling recklessly, with the operator and passenger not wearing helmets.

While attempting to evade officers, the scooter lost control and collided with a police cruiser. The suspects then abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot.

One officer observed a suspect discard a firearm near Waldeck Street. Although a foot pursuit ensued, both suspects managed to escape, but the police were able to recover the firearm, a 9mm semi-automatic handgun.

District Detectives processed the firearm, which was reported to have no serial number, and towed the abandoned scooter.

Later, members of the Youth Violence Strike Force discovered discarded clothing linked to one of the suspects on Larchmont Street.

A 17-year-old male suspect was apprehended on Dakota Street and charged with multiple offenses including possession of a firearm without an FID card and resisting arrest.

Efforts to locate the second suspect were unsuccessful. The original shooting incident did not result in any reported injuries.

Boston, MA Officers from District D-4 apprehended two female suspects connected to a theft at the Lululemon store. The suspects had previously stolen merchandise from the Alo store on Boylston Street.

At approximately 3:58 PM on Friday, authorities received reports of the suspects stealing inside Lululemon. Officers detained the suspects as they exited, recovering around $516 in stolen goods.

A 15-year-old juvenile female was arrested and will face two counts of shoplifting.

Later, at 5:15 PM, officers were alerted about two known shoplifters at another location. The suspects concealed multiple items in their jackets, pants, and bags.

Officers stopped the suspects upon exiting the store and recovered stolen merchandise worth approximately $1,422.

Kayla Harris, 31, of Boston, and Demetrius Little, 31, of Roxbury, were charged with larceny over $1,200 and conspiracy.

At 6:00 PM, officers received a report about a group attempting to conceal items.

Officers located the group heading toward Huntington Avenue. One suspect attempted to flee but was apprehended during a struggle.

The suspect resisted arrest but was eventually detained, leading to the recovery of $296 in stolen merchandise.

A 14-year-old juvenile male was arrested and will face charges for shoplifting and resisting arrest.

At approximately 5:00 PM on Wednesday, officers responded to a report of larceny in progress at Lululemon on Boylston Street. Loss Prevention informed the officers that three males were concealing multiple items inside the store.

The suspects were seen entering the Alo store shortly after. Officers arrested two suspects, while the third attempted to flee but was later apprehended with assistance from Prudential Center Security.

The stolen merchandise was returned to the store, and the three juvenile males were charged in Boston Juvenile Court with larceny under $1,200 and conspiracy.

At about 5:40 PM, officers were dispatched again to Lululemon for another theft in progress. The Boston Police Operations provided descriptions of two juvenile females inside the store who were seen stealing.

Store employees reported an electronic security device discovered on the floor of the changing room the suspects left. Officers stopped the two suspects as they exited the store, recovering stolen merchandise from Lululemon and two other stores in the vicinity.

Both female juveniles were charged out of Boston Juvenile Court with larceny under $1,200, shoplifting by concealing merchandise, and conspiracy. One suspect also faced charges for malicious destruction of property and unlawful removal of a theft detection device.

Around 6:00 PM, a detective conducting a shoplifting operation on Newbury Street observed a suspect entering The North Face store. The suspect was seen removing a pair of slippers, putting them on his feet, and concealing additional merchandise.

The detective intercepted the suspect as he exited the store, and additional units responded to the scene for support. The suspect, identified as Anthony Craan, 43, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested.

Craan is expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on charges including larceny under $1,200, receiving stolen property under $1,200, and furnishing false identification to law enforcement.

Boston, MA Officers arrested two 14-year-old male juveniles on shoplifting charges Wednesday morning. At approximately 11:37 AM, police responded to a report of a larceny in progress at the Lululemon store located at 776 Boylston Street.

Officers were provided a description of the suspects and their flight path. They observed the suspects attempting to wear the stolen coats at the intersection of Boylston Street and Exeter Street.

One suspect fled on foot toward Fairfield Street as officers approached. Following a brief foot pursuit, he was taken into custody while the second juvenile was handcuffed without incident.

Both juveniles will face charges of shoplifting by asportation over $250 and receiving stolen property in Boston Juvenile Court.

Officers assigned to District B-2 responded to 25 Warren Street for a report of a person with a gun. Transit Police provided a description of the suspect, leading officers to locate an individual matching that description at the Bus Terminal platform.

Officers stopped the suspect and conducted a pat frisk, recovering a firearm from his waistband. A folding knife and brass knuckles were also retrieved during the stop.

District Detectives were called to process the evidence discovered at the scene. The firearm, a Bersa .380, contained one round in the chamber and six rounds in the magazine.

Freddie Bates, 48, of Boston, was arrested and is expected to face charges in Roxbury District Court. His charges include carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possession of a firearm without an FID card, and carrying a dangerous weapon.
