WASHINGTON, DC – Concern is growing for 16-year-old Preston Black, who was last seen on Tuesday, December 10, at 11 p.m. in the 2400 block of Benning Road, Northeast.

Preston is described as a Black male, 5’6” tall, weighing 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, a black and blue jacket, black sneakers, and a white hat.
