The winning ticket was sold at Tops Market, located at 355 Orchard Park Rd in Buffalo.
TAKE 5 numbers are selected from a pool ranging from one to 39. The game has two daily drawings, one at 2:30 p.m. and another at 10:30 p.m. Winners have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prize.
