Armed Robbery Reported at Maryland Live Casino

HANOVER, MD — An armed robbery occurred late on April 6th in the Maryland Live Casino parking garage, prompting a response from local law enforcement.

At around 11:47 p.m., police were called to the scene where an adult male and female reported being accosted by two armed suspects as they were entering an elevator. The assailants, who wore ski masks, brandished handguns, and demanded valuables, managed to flee with money and personal items in a gray Jeep Cherokee. Despite an immediate area search, officers were unable to find the suspects.

Descriptions of the suspects have been released in hopes of aiding their capture: one is a Black male dressed in a black puffy coat and white shoes with black laces, concealed by a black mask; the other is a Black male in a black hoodie adorned with purple writing, black pants, black shoes, and a ski mask. The getaway vehicle is a Gray Jeep Grand Cherokee, identified by a Maryland temporary tag T0784252. Western District Detectives are currently leading the investigation.
