Camden Man Pleads Guilty to Unlawful Firearm Sales

WHARTON, NJ – Antony S. Rodriguez-Santana, 30, of Camden, New Jersey, has entered a guilty plea for unlawfully selling firearms.

The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office announced the plea on Tuesday, which includes charges of unlawful possession of an assault firearm and other related offenses.

Rodriguez-Santana was arrested on August 23, 2021, and the sales occurred on June 26, 2020, and September 18, 2020, in Wharton.

He admitted to possessing an assault firearm while previously convicted of aggravated assault. Sentencing is scheduled for October 13.

The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, along with several other agencies, conducted the investigation. Rodriguez-Santana remains in custody at the Morris County Correctional Facility.
