WASHINGTON, DC — Two suspects are being sought following an early morning armed robbery in the Unit block of 42nd Street NE on Thursday.
The robbery occurred at approximately 6:45 a.m. Both suspects, described as Black males wearing all dark clothing and ski masks, fled the scene. One suspect is of thin build and was armed with a handgun, while the second is described as heavyset.
Police have not released additional details about the incident but are urging anyone with information to come forward. Tips can be submitted by calling (202) 727-9099 or texting 50411.
A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest or conviction.
