Toms River Murderer Was Victims 17 Year Old Son

Today, Asbury Park Press reported that the teenage murderer apprehended by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office was in fact the victim’s son.   This information remains unconfirmed by the prosecutor’s office and the Toms River Police Department.

Law enforcement gave scarce details of the murder to the media this week, citing the assailant’s age as a minor.

The 17-year-old has been charged with murder.
