WASHINGTON, D.C. — A robbery occurred just before 1 p.m. today in the 3400 block of 14th Street, Northwest, with three juvenile suspects fleeing the scene on bicycles.
The suspects are described by police as Black males wearing black puffy coats and face masks. They were last seen traveling on bikes, though the specific direction of travel has not been confirmed.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
