Boxer foster mom is devastated to give her dog to her new adoptees, until the unexpected happened

Cookie is a beautiful boxer who fell in love with her foster mom. Northwest Boxer Rescue told Cookies foster mom that they found an adoptee for the sweet pup. After crying for four days, she reluctantly brought Cookie to the drop off site. As she waited and waited for the new adopters to show up, the unthinkable happened. She was set up!
