READING, PA – A shooting incident occurred on Sunday evening in the 800 block of Ritter Street, Reading.
Responding to a report of shots fired around 8 p.m., police found a 50-year-old male victim who had been shot multiple times in the lower half of his body while sitting in his vehicle.
The victim was immediately taken to Reading Hospital for treatment.
His current condition is not disclosed. City officials have stated that there is no ongoing threat to public safety relating to this incident.
